We address the mayors of every Kazakhstan city located on the Irtysh River to take actions cooperatively to stop our river from dying out.
I am writing on behalf of myself and some citizens of Kazakhstan cities located on the Irtysh River. We are extremely concerned about the ecological situation around the river.
The Irtysh is the 6th longest river in the world. It flows across China, Kazakhstan and Russia.
We appreciate all that you do for the city, and we look forward to seeing positive changes.
There are several problems that need the attention of the citizens and the authorities.
