It needs to stop Francis Francis — Director of the Corporation PuppyCo trying to breed the "eternal puppy" and subordinate the love of the world. At first the boys don't get along, but after learning the truth, the elder brother begins to help the younger, and ends with the fact that when the world is saved and a mysterious young secret agent goes missing, Tim realizes that he has missed and as a reward receives a real younger brother.
