You ask me where I would like to live if I could choose. Well, I think I would choose some big city by the sea. Why? Just because I like nature and I like to spend my free time by the river, lake or by the sea. As for your second question, of course children themselves can not move anywhere they like to for they depend on their parents while they are young. When they grow up they understand that much depends on money. So it is not very easy to move another place they would like to, but still there are of course young people who are eager to change their place of living very much and they move to other places either to study there or to work.
