1. I think to keep exotic, wild animals like tigers, bears and so on in flat is really dangerous. Because no matter how you will care and love them, you still should to remember that first of all they are wild, and its not typical for them to live in such conditions. There are so many stories when pets attacked their owner. Also to keep such animals at home can be dangerous not only for you, but also for your neighbours.
2. Probably there can be different reasons for that. But personally i think that happens because people just don't understand the responsibility they took, and they don't treat their pet like a live creature, and take it like a doll, just for fun!
3. Probably a dog or a cat. Firstly it's normal and widespread all around. Also in most cases its not dangerous. And such pets don't need some extra unordinary ways of treatment.
