Er-Tostik is one of the greatest legendary
heroes of Kazakhstan.
Many stories are told
about his bravery and
his adventures, and
recently, the legend
was made into a film!
In 2013, the director
Zhaken Danenov
released the animated
film Er-Tostik and
Aydahar. It was the
first full-length
animated film made
in Kazakhstan and it
features the voices of
many well-known
Kazakhstani actors.
