I think such situation arises because,people different one love the noisy city where there are a lot of people ,cars,the city almost never sleeps,always movement ,and there is a category of people who on the contrary like to live in the village where is silent,all know each other the district not big ,everything is close ,to go where it isnt necessary,the milk,sour-cream,a bath,there live more hardworking people,I consider the reason that people different and everyone decide to live in that as it!
