Customer: White or beige would be great.
Assistant: Here, try this one on and tell me if you like it.
Customer: Yes, it’s wonderful, thank you. I’ll take the T-shirt too.
Assistant: I’ll take these two items to the cashier desk, so that you can pay for them.
Customer: Do you accept credit cards?
Assistant: Yes, we certainly do.
Customer: How much should I pay?
Cashier: It’s 85 pounds.
Customer: Do you have any discounts?
Cashier: We normally do, but only on certain days, for example, on every 10th day of the month we
offer 10 percent off.
Customer: I see. Well, today is not the 10th, so no discounts for me, is that right?
