Ingredients:
flour (4 cups);
butter (4 tablespoons);
baking powder (1 tablespoon);
nutmeg (1 teaspoon);
water (2 tablespoons);
sugar (10 tablespoons);
buttermilk (2 cups);

Method of preparation
All the dry ingredients mixed in a separate container. Add butter and mix well. Now pour the buttermilk. Knead the dough with a fork.
Form small cakes. Liberally sprinkle with sugar. Lay them on parchment paper and bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
To prepare the berry puree in blender you need to mix the berries, sugar, salt. Put on low heat and cook until creamy.
Biscuits cut in half and coat the inside of the finished puree. Closing part and the second top cover and cream \garnish with blackberries.
